  1. You go Girl! The corned beef you ate as a child was boiled (by itself!) and then either baked briefly or heated on the grill with a honey-mustard glaze. I wanted to make sure all the fat was gone! We ate our cabbage raw in the form of coleslaw and had mashed or oven-roasted potatoes–nothing traditional about that!
